What is the return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. To start a return, please email hello@thezur.com with your order number.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times depend on your location and will be confirmed at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
